RAWTRAK is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to our platform.

RAWTRAK implements the following accessibility practices: 1. Semantic HTML structure for screen reader compatibility 2. Keyboard navigation support across all core features 3. Sufficient color contrast ratios in our dark theme design 4. Alt text for meaningful images and icons 5. Focus indicators for interactive elements 6. Responsive design that works across different screen sizes and zoom levels 7. Clear and consistent navigation patterns 8. Form labels and error messages that are programmatically associated with their inputs

4. Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of our platform may have limitations: 1. Audio waveform visualizations in the Release Wizard may not be fully accessible to screen readers — we provide text-based alternatives for file information 2. Some third-party embedded content (Chatbase widget, Stripe payment forms) may have their own accessibility limitations outside our direct control 3. Marketing images generated via Canvas API may not have full alt-text descriptions We are actively working to address these limitations.
